"Danger 380 gets a lil‘ rosé sister. An unplanned one: the day we pressed our Riesling, one barrel needed to top-up about a third of its volume. What now? Tiens, some direct-press Blaufränkisch at hand: boom, let‘s try this together, fingers crossed, no time to lose. Tasting it before the end of fermentation, boom, we were stunned: hello little beauty, under the crowncap you go, our first rosé pet-nat shall you become. Sometimes, the best things aren‘t born of deliberation, but of accidents and necessity."

Winemaking: Rosé Pet Nat, Natural Wine, Hand harvest, Unfined, Unfiltered, No added sulphites.

Milan Nestarec
“We believe in magic powers of our land, the sun that shines upon us and warm breeze that blows and bathes our land. We also believe in our soil and hard work that leads us to deep understanding of the soil and life within. Our matter is not just material but mainly spiritual.
Our duty is creativity, our privilege is though to wake up in the morning and to be able to work the soil and vine.
Our husbandry is established 15km from Austrian boundaries and it comprises of 10ha, which we farm organically, any systemic fungicides and herbicides are completely excluded. Our wine is the pure expression of the grapes typically grown in Moravia region of Czech Republic and they are filled with passion, enthusiasm and intuition as well as they represent the terroir and our point of view.
Wines from our cellar express good and also bad character of the people who created them, they are not easy coming, nor waiting for compliments or untruth praise. At the beginning the wines keep to themselves, but once they feel comfortable they open up and show their loyalty.”
